Easy Reading and great Biblical historical fiction.
This is an excellent conclusion to Lynn Austin's Restoration Chronicles. Nehemiah returns to Jerusalem to rebuild the walls and meets with much opposition. As usual, Lynn stays close to the Biblical account of the story which I really appreciate. There are some believable additional story lines which are also very well done. The story flows well and I looked forward to getting back to it until it was finished. One would not have to read the first two books in order to read this title as some background is given here and there, but I would definitely recommend the entire series as they are a great read!
