Dispatched promptly but by Royal Mail (Snail Mail) who did not follow the instructions to bring the parcel to the rear, despite asking for those instructions on the tracking form - but - they did deliver the parcel the next day, following a sign on the door. Can't fault the seller and the product is good - but almost any other courier would have been better.
