    The price was about what I'd expect from the second hand market. The package arrived early which was nice. Unfortunately the book did arrive with some corner damage, as shown in the photos. I think this was an issue with the packaging not being robust enough for a book of this size. Though it is hard to tell from the original listing's photos whether this damage was already there. I'm going to give the seller the benefit of the doubt on this occasion.

    Dull and Rusted blades.

    I had one and the blades broke due to heavy use, so unable to get new ones from the company, I bought this one. The straight blade was pitted and rusted. I was disappointed, but I got what I paid for.

    Lousy quality!

    Upon first use the slicing carrots, the cuts were jagged and uneven and the plastic covering the blade started chipping off. Quality and performance nowhere near the 90799 MIU Mandoline I own!
