Their communication was direct and prompt. I would do business with them again. The issues were not their fault. Both items came in original packaging.

    This collectible arrived covered in bubble-wrap, no outer box. The OEM box was completely destroyed and the factory seal was broken. Contacted the seller and they are more interested in blaming the shipper than taking responsibility for their "cheap" packaging. Item should have been shipped in a box for protection. This could have turned out bad, but at least the actual item was not broken or had parts missing. I will refrain from using this seller in the future.

    The Simplehuman CW2025 58L Dual Compartment Step Trash Can lets you organize your trash and recyclables and even takes voice commands. I like how efficient and quiet the unit opens and closes and never fails to operate. This is a much improved version of the Simplehuman dual compartment trash with more features than the can I previously had. I would recommend this ingenious dual-compartment trash can to anyone who wants to make their lives a little more simple.

    A must for any home. Fits perfect at the end of our island.

    Although the product was used, it was in excellent condition. The concept of having the separation of the trash is perfect. Recycling on one side and trash on the other side. We used to have a separate basket for recycling and a regular trash can. Having all in one combined area is perfect. Built well and easy to use.
