    Quality radio with added feature

    This model of radio was developed by Motorola for the military. The unique front panel programming (FPP) feature allows frequencies to be entered manually in the field without the use of a computer. This is a blessing in those situations that call for adding frequencies on the spur of the moment. While using a computer to program the radio is easier to do, this FPP feature is the ticket for those quick add on frequencies.
