    Unfortunately the part we ordered was poorly packaged, with portions of the differential sticking through the box left unprotected. However, the seller was great to work with, professional and very responsive to messages. I explained the state of the differential when it arrived and shared pictures of the damage it had sustained. The seller provided excellent customer service and issued a full refund immediately. I would absolutely work with this seller again as long as packaging was improved.

    At the beginning of my transaction. I was not getting my questions answered. I kept getting answered with questions as through I was not asking. I felt I was being ignored! Once I brought the concern to the sellers attention. Communication was very much improved. My hope is this item will work with no problem. It unfortunately will b after the 30day warranty has expired before I can get the milage changed and installed. So far I would recommend this seller. The warranty should be at least 90day

    I feel the shipping cost was exorbitant. I wanted to stay right away he did take his time. In the meantime I did see others that were free shipping, but I did try to negotiate with the buyer on the shipping cost and they refused. Otherwise, it seems to work fine. Considering I paid $30 for shipping cause it took a long time to arrive. I don’t wanna downgrade these people, but this is the truth.
