Excellent saw for detailed cuts
Excellent saw, easy to handle for accurate cuts, feels good in your hand, weight is perfect for detailed cuts. Have 2 other brands that I simply do not like the handling and feel. This is now my go to saw.

unusable and unrepairable
it was inoperable and unrepairable. Parts were missing and the plastic case that hold the oscillating shaft was broken so the shaft wabbled all over. There was no way to reset the shaft in its fixed mounting without buying a brand-new case for the Unit. Ther were other key parts missing too, I had to simply throw it away and look for a new Jigsaw

The saw has various settings for particular applications and easy quick release clamp to release table guide. Cons: needs a cutter saw storage in the rear, like B&D has.

Great little variable speed jig saw
My old craftsman jib saw of 20 years finally died, so I purchased the Ryobi 4.8am variable speed orbital jig saw and couldn't be happier. It is a great jig saw for the money and works so much better than my old trusty craftsman that I didnt know what I was missing. Good bang for the buck tool that should server anyone well
