    Top notch tech for little dogs.

    I am very impressed by this new design. This collar is very easy to use. The lowest setting of static is very mild. This is critical for teaching sensitive dogs or nervous ones. I have been training dogs for off leash responsiveness in little dogs and The biggest problem is finding a collar that is lightweight, easy to use, and delivers correction consistently. I have not used a little dog trainer by Petsafe that worked as well as this one does. The only downside is that it is tricky to turn the collar off. I sometimes have to fiddle with it for half a minute to turn it off. This is not a major downside when you consider how well it functions otherwise. A+++

    It appears that the batteries do not hold a charge.

    It appears that the batteries do not charge up enough to turn on all 3 green lights. Unit is INOP.
