However, the box was undamaged; the problem was that a fragile item was sent packed with only crumpled gift wrap to protect it. No bubble wrap at all. The seller refunded my purchase price promptly but would not refund shipping cost; instead they opened a case with USPS. As the box was undamaged - I sent the seller photos - I had no case to make.
