    Unfortunately the original headset did not power up and the company, promptly, sent a replacement in original package. Those were faulty as well. I was promptly given a refund and an apology. Their communication was direct and prompt. I would do business with them again. The issues were not their fault. Both items came in original packaging.

    This collectible arrived covered in bubble-wrap, no outer box. The OEM box was completely destroyed and the factory seal was broken. Contacted the seller and they are more interested in blaming the shipper than taking responsibility for their "cheap" packaging. Item should have been shipped in a box for protection. This could have turned out bad, but at least the actual item was not broken or had parts missing. I will refrain from using this seller in the future.

    Amazing

    This product is amazing. The set up was easy despite some reviews saying it wasn't. It took me less than the 1-2 hours it says on the box that it will take. I have no complaints about how it works. I was worried that the radius wouldn't be enough room for my dog to run around it but it is just fine. I can't wait to get an extra collar for my other dog so that he can be on it too.

    The description clearly stated product came in unopened box. Not true. Dog collar showed signs of having been used. Product is working well but was not brand new. Misleading description. Box had obviously been opened .

    Works well but significant limitations, pricey

    It is easy to use and does the job but, the safe zone configuration is limiting and the transmitter in not waterproof and must be located indoors.

    ONLY RECOMMENDING PET SAFE

    This product lasted 7 years. I needed a new one so I looked on Ebay. This deal was fantastic & I couldn't pass it up. All I did was adjust the settings to match my old one & plug it in. It worked immediately. It has kept our dog in the yard daily & not running amuck. I've never had a bit of problems with it. It has always worked great until now. It has been well worth the money & has kept our dog safe. She can stay outside all day without us constantly watching her. I wanted this product because the dog has a wide circumference to cover without digging up the perimeter of your yard. WOULD HIGLY RECOMMEND.
