    Refused delivery of damaged item. Seller shipped same item back to me claiming no damage then offered $100 when I called him out and sent pictures back of damage. Refused partial refund and returned item. Bought a replacement elsewhere. Seller slow to respond and blatantly lied when he shipped a damaged speaker back to me trying to get me to accept it versus filing a shippers claim against FedEx for the damage. Great pricing so long as no problems occur.

    We did not refuse the delivery we actually accepted the return right away.We offered a partial reimbursement as a gesture in addition to losing money paying twice for shipping the unit to the customer at no charge. The item was inspected and in perfect condition.

    No computer needed. Quick-Start guide had me setup in minutes! It's so nice to finally have something that can control feedback and EQ the room this fast! A must if you're mixing live in a lot of different locations. Just drop it in between the board and the amps. A hand full of clicks and you'll make out-of-control venue sound sweet as can be.

    So Far all's well.

    Unit works well and sounds fine however a bid tricky to program, serial connection for programming its old news, it should be USB. we ended up setting it from the front panel small screen hard to see once in a rack.
