Seller is obviously buying surplus goods that've been sitting in shipping containers in high temperatures for prolonged periods of time! They buyer sent us pictures of a case with chunks missing. This does not happen without traumatic misuse of the case. There is no "sitting in shipping containers." Buyer demanded a refund without a return of the product. This is a violation of eBay policy. Refunds are to be sent only when the product is returned. This is not "making it difficult." This is standard procedure. Return the item for a refund! We follow all of eBay rules. Buyers must do so too! Thank you for reading!
