    Lightweight and comfortable

    I worked in a call center environment and am on the phone all the time. I have tried many headsets before and this is the most lightweight and comfortable one so far. Noise cancelling mic works well. I used to use a b and name headsets because they have the best noise cancelling mic; but those headsets are way too heavy and after 30 mins I get head and neck pain. I would highly recommend plantronics.

    You get what you pay for.

    This head set worked for about a month and now the audio doesn’t work as it should. The audio cuts out during calls and I can’t hear my customers. Not impressed.
