    Great Pasta

    This is my 4th CTC pasta machine in the past 30 years. The motor wears out after 10 years or so. I am addicted to the pasta it makes so I have to keep replacing it. I especially like the linguine, fettuccine, ziti, and the angel hair. It is tough to go back to commercial dry pasta after consuming fresh pasta.

    Electric Pasta machine

    This machine replaced an older model of the same pasta maker. A great, easy to use way to make outstanding fresh pasta. I use 50% semolina flour and 50% all purpose flour. Once the extruded pasta is placed in boiling water, the perfect pasta takes only two minutes of boiling to come out al dente.
