Shoes come with built-in insoles and are True to Size at Size Mens 12 Normal width. They discretely add about an inch to your height which was a welcome surprise. RECOMMENED USAGE IS CASUAL WORK SHOE, OR LEISURE. NOT FOR RUNNING. As far as Durability and Longevity go, only time will tell. Super fast shipping, Great Seller.
