    Great deal! I knew that this convertible bag included two straps of different lengths when sold new, but only one was pictured, so I asked if 2 straps were included. The answer came back "yes", but only the pictured strap was sent. I assume that the seller didn't understand my question. English as a 2nd language? Still a great deal because the seller gave a discount and the bag/crossbody strap were in perfect, like new condition. I usually use the crossbody straps on my convertible bags anyway.
