    Only messages from buyer were to ask how to power this static kit, they clearly had no idea what they were buying. It was verified complete before listing and included directions noting what kit contains. Shipping was USPS actual for NY to CO and shown in listing before purchase. Not sure how you can miss that or why you wouldn't ask questions before banging the Buy it Now button.
