This is a used controller, but you can barely see a few scratches and maybe a little residue but was easy to remove, so to me it looks perfect and not bad at all. It works great and was easy to sync just as expected. The pricing is a little high imo, but worth it for what you get, a quality well cared for item. Seller was quick to respond too. Great seller and great product overall.

Seller said it was new on the listing , yes he did say open box but the product is completely used and is obviously visible to anyone.
