    Just what I was looking for

    I have been looking for a really good bluetooth speaker for some time. $200 with a 2yr square trade warranty is hard to beat. My speaker came well packaged and looks brand new without a single mark or scratch. The bass out of this is unbelievable. We, first used it for a Halloween trunk or Treat as pirated and it played the drums and low notes of Pirates of the Caribbean soundtracks outside easily. A friend next to us heard it when we started playing and commented that the sound is awesome. With megabass on you, do lose some of the midrange, but under custom sound in the Sony app you can balance things out better. For the money I am very pleased.

    A little bass heavy!

    At 43 years old and growing up with expensive stereo systems in my home and vehicles I've had my fair share of experience with Audio equipment and setup. This speaker is replacing a fairly new monster blaster that I bought directly from monster but it decided to not produce any sound and the unit was stationary in my living room so there was absolutely no abuse of any kind. Due to that I decided to try another brand but didn't want to spend another 400+ dollars so I decided for this refurbished Sony.
