    This is the worst seller I have ever dealt with. Communication was non-existent. Packaging was not the worst I've seen but very bad. No tape on sides of flaps and one side was torn off. Console was open to the rain. Item was in worse cosmetic condition than pictured and item was only shipped 2 hours after an attempt was made (by me) to cancel the order. To this day, he has not responded to any refund requests or messages. If you think 70% feedback isn't bad, think again. Avoid this seller

    Great sound for a great $$$

    The sound is what stands out with the A10's. The earcups are comfortable and get better with play time. These headsets are tough. You can twist them into a pretzel lol..no worries on construction. The headband on the other hand is where these headsets lose some points. It's not horrible but it does get a bit uncomfortable after a while..It's only a little piece of memory foam. I just slide the band forward or backward slightly to relieve any discomfort. Over all for the price..you can currently pick up the a10's for 25$ NEW. Go for it...Grab a set..you won't be disappointed.

    Astro A10 Headset

    Well i get mine from a open box for a good price, they are very sturdy i like that and the cable have the option to be unattached and this is very clever design, because always in a head sets that part is the first to damage and the rest of the is ok and you have to buy a new head set because of this. The sound and mic are nice not a pro thing but do his job very well. The bad of this head set is they are heavy but i never have before a gaming head set so (About 1 lb (600Kg) in weigth i think they are). And if you have a big head like me maybe you be aware that this is not for people like us in case of the size, but i manage to acomodate puting the diadem in a 45º angle forward.

    Complete Trash

    Headset was broke and had loose parts inside. The side with the microphones wires had been ripped out, I took the headset apart to look inside and the wire connections to the circuit board had been messed with because there’s hot glue everywhere. Tried connecting the loose wires to where they go and headset doesn’t turn on. Also didn’t include the chat cable with headset. Everything in the description was a lie.
