My only complaint is with the product itself, and the seller has no control over that. Plastic playing cards turn out to make lousy "rising card" decks (Devano method). The gimmicked block of cards sticks out like a sore thumb from the rest of the deck, and the card just friggin' leaps out of the deck no matter how slowly I release hand pressure (likely because plastic cards present less friction than paper cards). Sorry, Empire--cheaper isn't better.
