I own many different driver's from the usual brands at 2x-10x the price. Orient Ray II, Mako II are simply solid comfortable and good looking watches for your money. Ray II is my daily go to watch on and off the water.

Great for the price
I read lots of reviews, and watched some YouTube videos before buying. The watch looks very well made, and like it costs double the price. It’s been keeping very good time, well within the accuracy range that was stated. My only complaints are 1. The crown is hard to unscrew. It’s a bit small, and slippery from the high polish, and the way it’s recessed make it even more difficult. #2. The bezel is stiff to turn, and nowhere near the smoothness of my Seiko. I find that interesting since Seiko owns Orient. Otherwise, for the price and looks, it’s a very good watch to add to a collection, or wear all the time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Awesome Entry Level Automatic Watch
I'd only recently heard of Orient Watches. I bought this watch because I read that it had an in-house movement that hacked and hand wound. It is a classic dive watch style in a very wearable 41.5mm size. The value is hard beat; for the price of a good quartz watch one can have a very nice automatic, with all the bells and whistles one might expect from watches costing much more.
