Item sat in the local warehouse for 2 days before delivery and it was impossible to get accurate tracking/delivery information from them, even after calling. No fault of the seller, but this our second bad experience with Estes and can't recommend them for LTL freight.

I don't think the carrier could have damaged the item short of running it over with a truck. I will definitely buy from them again should the opportunity arise. All around a high quality experience.
