        Oh joy. What a perfect transaction. So honest. Never heard back on an offer. I don’t know why sellers offer the opportunity for an offer and even if you offer a dollar or two less than asking price they don’t respond. Why even have an offer opportunity if you aren’t willing to consider an offer? Just don’t have that option engaged. Odd. But perfect transaction otherwise.
