Purchased on accident and when trying to work out a way to cancel the order while accepting responsibility for my mistake, I was met with attitude.. shipping took longer than advertised and no update on why shipping was taking longer than expected until I asked almost a week later from payment.     I am sorry you felt my declining the cancellation due to my clearly stated policies was attitude, but I nicely explained that I have these policies and cannot change it for you when I haven't changed them for others, as this would be unfair. I had no attitude with you, I kept explaining this, as you kept asking me to cancel, three times. The shipping was exactly as stated and explained to you, and was shipped on time, if the post office takes longer than you expect, this is not my fault, sorry.
