    The quality was great, the condition was new, the value was good the best, the appearance was great. When the package was sent it was sent back to the seller for insufficient address. When double checked address was correct. I asked the seller to reship and I would pay the shipping again. The seller sent the package again and paid to reship it for me. In which I am truly grateful.     The item was as described, brand-new tubes. Quality was good. The shipping cost was higher than I would have liked, but it worked out. VERY WELL packaged, as it took me over 15 minutes getting the items out of all the shipping tape.
