    Not for DIYers

    Bought this to replace my old battery in my Key fob. Didn’t work, I’m sure it’s not the battery’s fault but these keys are designed by bmw to not be replaced by the customer. So I forewarn you not to buy it unless you know what you’re doing.

    Ideal replacement batteries for key fobs

    These batteries are obviously not a direct duplicate of the originals, so a bit of custom adaption and soldering is required. Had to wirelessly pair the fob to the car again, but everything works perfectly. This is a huge saving over ordering a new key from a dealership..
