It has a taste you have to get used to. I’m a lemon-lime person, but their lemon-lime is unbearable to me so when I got a packet of strawberry as a sample, I was delightfully surprised…it’s better than the lemon-lime…it’s just not that good overall…I may be childish, but for as much sugar as it has, you’d think it tasted more like kool-aid. Being "THROWN" out of bed during the night due to leg and foot cramps were a part of my sleeping experience for many years, and one of the simplest medical recommendations (while trying to avoid yet another drug) was an increase in my daily water intake, because dehydrated muscles lack elasticity, and contract with pain..
