Tried to contact the seller, never responded . Sent text messages through EBay, never responded. When I opened the package, I couldn’t believe box for the key board was ripped before I open. ( attached photo), some wire didn’t come with plastic covered. Many suspicious evidence were found for this was either returned computer or, they didn’t care how it was sent out to customers. Computer itself has no problem, however the way it came mede me so upset, bad customer service.

So far, so good.
I only rated it 4 stars because I’ve only had it installed for a few days. I had previously ordered a set of remanufactured print heads but the results were not good. This printhead was so old it didn’t even list my printer on the box (z2100), but I installed it and it worked perfectly. Now I just hope it doesn’t fail prematurely.
