Paid $2300 for brand new in sealed box automotive computer. Paid $103 shipping btw for small item. Seller silently canceled the order AFTER shipping it. FedEx tracking # shows he rerouted the package back to himself. Reason documented: "out of stock or damaged". Yeah right. After he shipped it. New in sealed box. Payment was not refunded. Had to call Ebay to open case, took a few days to claw back my $. Zero communication throughout, refused to reply to my messages, ignored me completely. Nice.

In over 20 years of business on eBay we have always made things right and treated our customers with respect while following eBay's guidelines to the letter. Unfortunately when we went to ship this item a prong was damaged and slightly bent in good conscious we could not ship the item. We sent eBay pictures and refunded the customer in full. Following all eBay guidelines for refund processing. This is our first bad review in over 20 years it's unfortunate but it happens.
