Top notch guy! I had an issue that possibly happened in transit, although the drone was extremely well packaged. Gary helped me diagnose the issue and even found an easy fix. I am familiar with the Mini Mavic, but had never flown a Mavic Pro. Quite a difference indeed! Gary gave me several tips on operation as well. The drone was in great condition and has a really cool skin applied. I got a top of the line drone, gently used, shipped quickly, for a great price! Can’t ask for more.
