Buyer beware. This seller, in my case, was not a good communicator; arrogant, and uncooperative. The item was listed as No Return. But it did not work as intended. The seller insisted that it worked but did not ask questions to help find out why it did not work for me. The seller arrogantly insisted the buyer was wrong & that the return process worked. I had to get Ebay to open the return case. I think the No Return Listing prevented the normal return process from working on the Ebay site.
