From numerous emails with the seller, we have both acknowledge the parcel was opened at the post office and repacked, with part of the item not included in the packing, we have found out, the box that the item came in was NOT the one shipped and it was full of tape and packed hastily, the seller offered to refund my payment but instead, at my suggestion, is going to donate it to a dog rescue, though all this commotion the seller was polite and behaved like the gentleman he, I would buy again.
