    BAD-BAD-BAD LATE AND USED

    Arrived late and used. The shipping box was reused, relabeled, and resealed. No shipping information inside the shipping box. Inside, the product box was re-taped with invisible tape. The drum was not in a sealed freshness envelope. There was toner powder all over the drum and the freshness envelope. Not Good!! Not Good AT ALL!!! Not as advertised.

But you had it, I installed it, and it prints. Fabulous. It’s like a new printer thank you so much.
