Well things started out well but ended very badly. I was nervous about buying this item on eBay, but the seller came so highly rated and got the package off to us super quickly. The problem came when we realized that the “new” kit we were sold was missing over half of the critical membrane it was supposed to come with. In order to purchase that membrane it is going to cost us $289. When I informed the seller he totally denied it. Saying he sent us a full kit and He refused to give us any refund.

Honestly, there’s no possible way I could be more satisfied. The guitar is beautiful and looks like it’s never been touched. It shipped within hours of purchase and was delivered earlier than expected. To top it off, the seller kindly gave me tons of unsolicited advice on what my next steps needed to be as not only a beginner but also a lefty. I don’t really know any musically talented people personally, so I would have been lost without that…. First class!!
