Bought this to replace Dell matx board (which I mostly just bought for its i7 4770). The Z and even H boards were/are still very much in demand and I think this chipset is overlooked or at least not really talked about. Being new to this I was easily able to OC to 3.8ghz. I went with this board because I'm not a diehard gamer, just wanted to make the most of what components I already had, and this allowed me to make a pretty respectable midrange gaming rig on the cheap that can handle 4k desktop and 1080p gaming easily. I also love that this features a great variety of display outputs, has 4 DIMMs, sata 3 and USB 3. Outstanding features at a great value. Only potential issue I had is no access to 2 of the 6 sata connectors with graphics card installed, but I only need 3 anyway.

Worked as hoped. Replaced my MSI Z97 motherboard using the CPU and 16gb ram in the ASUS board. After installing the replacement board & booting into the BIOS, I made the necessary selections & booted again using my SSD drive that had Windows 10 installed. It booted with "NO Hickeys or Upchucks" at all & worked flawlessly. Prior to Windows 10, if you changed motherboards, I have never had these good results. Thank God!

I purchased this product as the main board for a TrueNAS Server. I chose this board because it has 6 SATA III ports which allows me to have 4 Hard Drives and still have two ports left over for boot and or a cache drive. It's well suited for this purpose.

The product works as intended, and it does the job. I am not a gamer, but this gaming board can play entry-level games.

A good board but no matter what we did including bios updates they were not compatible with the i5-4460. So we ended up using the i5-4430 instead.
