a no ship, vender. When I contacted them after 4 days, they said it was shipped and returned to them broken. They never even printed a label for it! How do you break a roll of plastic? Then asked me not to start a refund through ebay and said it would take 3 to 4 days for a refund. Day 4 and no refund.
