There has been zero communication after several attempts. The hat that I purchased looks nothing like the hat I received. When trying to address the issue there has been no response. The lettering is a very dirty beige versus the bright white displayed in the listing photo.

I got back to the buyer explaining I have free shipping and free returns. The buyer decided to leave negative feedback instead of resolving the issue, ebay is not supposed to work this way.
