This is my first wearable fitness tracker. First task was to avoid being overwhelmed with the variety of functions available, and only use those useful now. I appreciate the tracking function for exercise walks. Remember to start at the beginning of the walk and stop at the end of the walk, and the wearer has a record of distance, time, cadence, heart rate, and elevation gain. Results match closely when I compare with Garmin on bicycle rides. The auto detect function also works for walking and bicycling, but is less consistent, and may miss some exercise. The ecg function works, but the software is not as sophisticated as Kardia, which is a single function instrument. The spO2 function agrees with an instrument that clamps on my finger. The watch integrates well with my Samsung Galaxy S10e phone. I get an alert on my watch when I get a text, call, or alert on my phone. It also tells time.Read full review

The watch itself is great but the stainless steel band does not allow for me to lay the watch flat in order to charge it. I have to remove the band every time in order for me to be able to charge it. Although the charger is magnetized it's weight won't allow it to be suspended in air which is why you need to lay the watch flat when charging it.
