Seller was unresponsive before shipment and now I know why. The item he sent is a completely different item then the listing or the full description.  this was advertised as a 10 W TDH8 ham radio and what I received was a 5 W GMRS version . Not only are they significantly different in price if you buy them from TIDradio or Amazon, but even if I unlocked this radio, it would only get up to 8 W full power.
