Best version yet
They should offer this one carded in stores instead of just exclusively at Disney. No it's not perfectly movie accurate for the serious collector, but it is the best version so far by Hasbro. The sculpt is awesome, his stance is accurate to the Anthony Daniels-ish mime style. The articulation is surprisingly multi-pointed. Though the eyes in the movie are silver, the black eyes on this figure are reminiscent of the old Kenner figure and therefor has a nostalgic look. It is a shame that Hasbro stopped metalizing their protocol droids, that would be the one thing that would make this figure better. In any case, it's the best collector's display figure of this droid that Hasbro has produced so far, and for a kid's plaything, it is a cool, durable toy.They should offer this one carded in stores instead of just exclusively at Disney.
