I bought three of these office chairs. I assembled one and it was so uncomfortable and unstable that I immediately disassembled it and requested a return. I received one shipping label for $99 but I had three boxes to ship back. The seller informed me that I would need to purchase two more return labels. Having spent $130 on the chairs, it seemed best to cut my losses rather than spend $300 shipping these chairs back.
