    Works. 130v bulbs are tougher

    I use 130 volt bulbs in these harsher environments to get longer service life. My local utility usually delivers electricity higher than 120 volt standard and results in premature failure of most bulbs (Asian imports now) and I spend more on bulbs with that option than on power to run them. These are more reliable than the power company is.
