PROS: fast shipping, beautifully packaged although a bit overkill imo, being wrapped in tissue, curling ribbon, with a standard sized thank you card. Great communication. CONS: I specifically asked seller for the (very impt) width measurement, laying flat, pit-pit. In the photo it looked a bit small, but she said 20". When I received it, it was only 17.5". Could have all been avoided by showing photos of length & width
