Customer bought 12 keyboards had an issue with 1 of them. I offered to return the one for a refund. Customer got upset because they just wanted a refund and not to return it. I don’t understand how this negative review is warranted. How am I a bad seller for accepting a return on a parts item? They were sold as untested. Having an issue with just 1 is great and still I accepted the return. Customer simply wanted a refund and to keep the item. Who sounds like a “bad” person. I’m honest & helpful
