Leaving positive feedback as I don't think the seller should be responsible for what happens after live animals are shipped. Having said that, I ordered 20 and got maybe 15, of which several were dead and half eaten by those alive. The water was also gross and smelt horrible. The ones that were alive are very colorful though.

There was a delay with USPS shipping which caused some shrimp to perish but the seller did everything they can to remedy the issue. Great packaging and shrimp looked to be disease free. They also seemed young which is good because they are more resilient than older shrimp. Excellent customer service and very responsive. I would definitely do business with them again.

My order was delivered on time. The packaging was done well. I did receive 1 DOA of a large female but as the post says they sent two extra so I still ended up with a bonus shrimp. Color of the shrimp are great and the pictures represent that very well. Emailed a few times back and forth about shipping and the cold weather. Very responsive and helped with all my questions.

Shrimp arrived in a timely manner and packaged with care. I got all 10+1 as advertised without any DOA and they were also a good color assortment. They’ve also already had babies within a week of arrival! I would highly recommend this seller, they’ve got better pricing than any other neocardinia seller I’ve seen and healthy colorful shrimp.
