Shipment arrived very late resulting in some loss, but unbelievably at least half of the planktons survived. Seller was very quick to respond to my concerns about the late arrival and offered compensation. Very well packed. Exceptional service. Another order is on its way. Highly recommended! There was a good amount as well. The seller put ice pack inside the package to keep it fresh too. The price is also very good.
