Item arrived late (took twice as long as was estimated to arrive, I have no idea why), then upon inspection of it once it finally did arrive I found it had the mirror assembly broken off as seen in included pic I took... this is what it was like, right out of the packaging! Contacted Seller about it with pic, Seller has horrible attitude ("We don't sell broken parts!"). Will never buy from this Seller again, this was a terrible experience! I hate leaving less than Positive Feedback. :-(

Firstly, while already in transit, buyer requested a full refund. We don't know why but Ebay is not a place to get a free sunvisor or a free ride for anything that's already on the way. The 2-3 days delivery delays due to the holiday season is beyond our control since we don't own the United States Postal Service. After buyer received it, a couple of days later mirror was shown to be ripped off the sunvisor. A package received with no damage won't put that much force to damage it in such way.
