I have these watches as "Work watches", They are light weight, tough, fairly waterproof, don't have metal bits apart from the crown knob, so don't scratch things or earth out on electrical work and the light on them is useful if you are out and about in darkness This is now my third one. they seem to last for 3-4 years of a hard life . Recommend them if you need a timepiece that can take some punishment and not look stupid on your wrist

This watch is perfect for me, it's water resistant so I don't have to worry about sticking my hand into the water, it has a large easy to read face, I wear my watch on the inside of my wrist and the way the knob for setting the time is shrouded and off center keeps the flex of my wrist from wearing out the knob. I do have to change the band but that's ok with me.

I like this watch. It is comfortable and can be either a casual of dress watch. The dial is easy to read, and I like the light for night viewing. The only thing I don't like is the need to remove four little screws to get the back off to change the battery, but that probably won't need to happen for years.

This is the second one i have owned. I am very abusive to watches, never remove them when doing rough work. The first one lasted me several years, went through 3 watch bands, it is still running but so scratched up you can hardly read the date anymore. Hope this one is as good as the first one!

This watch is to be used while you are building stuff, camping out, and just plain giving stuff a rough time. Works until the batt gives up. Damn good price and product. My 3rd in 20 years.

This is a good, inexpensive, basic watch. Large numerals, easy to read and press button glow back light. Easy to put on and stays put. Day numeral a little hard to see (old eyes),but it's all I need (if you don't know the month and year get a calendar). Good value for the money and looks good on my large wrist (some watch faces are so large they look ridiculous on people and actually get in the way when using your hands for work). I like the web band and should last longer than plastic bands that failed on 3 G-shock watches that I have owned. Water resistant to 100m, which is deeper than I'll ever go, good enough for washing the car or swimming. Good watch to have for just knocking around or everyday wear.

Easy to read, and the band has a great design.

I am on my second of these beatable throwdown watches. The first lasted over 10 years of men stuff. Good deal and batteries last long. Easy to set date or time.

I really became tired of watches with endless functions (with alarms sounding unexpectedly yet not ringing at the time I wanted. What I REALLY wanted/needed was a simple accurate watch that was comfortable and rugged. I wear it for sports, hiking, diving/snorkeling, and general outdoor chores. An added plus is the dial that lights with a press of a button and is just bright enough to light my path when it is really dark. Wore out the band on my first one, and it was cheaper to replace the whole thing than just the band, even though the original still works perfectly.

Been wearing one of these for 19 years, that alone should tell you something, it's the perfect watch for those that don't want to be wearing Big Ben on their wrist.
