It can be tricky to ship CRTs and the seller did a good job at shipping this monitor. It arrived secure in its box and without any damage. The shipping charge was less than estimated and the seller refunded the excess shipping cost and did so without prompting from me, or even my knowledge of the savings. Kudos!
